Cancellation Policy:  Free cancellation up to 7 days before your stay (subject to a $50 processing fee). Cancellations less than 7 days prior are subject to full payment

 

Rates:  Are in Canadian dollars, are subject to 13% HST.

Major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) accepted.

 

Deposit:  A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking.

Gift Certificates:  Bed and Breakfast Association gift certificates accepted

Apple Tree Historic B&B gift certificates are available upon request.

Additional Terms: ​Two night minimum stay on weekends.
